Profile
Samuel Shapiro is a doctoral student in the Department of Art & Archaeology, studying 20th- and 21st-century art history. He is particularly interested in the institutional reception of postwar art. Shapiro has recently worked at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, The Museum of Modern Art, and Harvard Art Museums. He received a B.A. in history of art and architecture and social anthropology from Harvard University in 2018.
