Erene Rafik Morcos is a first-year graduate student studying under the supervision of Beatrice Kitzinger and Charles Barber. 

After receiving her B.A. from Yale University, Erene went on to work as a curatorial assistant in the Manuscripts Department at the Getty Museum in Los Angeles for three years. Before beginning at Princeton University, she worked as a researcher at Dr. Jörn Günther Antiquariat in Basel. 

Here at Princeton, Erene's research interests involve the manuscript trade between Byzantium and Western Europe beginning in the fourteenth century.
